阳春砂果实脂溶性成分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的:对阳春砂果实的脂溶性成分进行的定性定量分析。方法:采用索氏提取法分别提取阳春砂果皮和种子中的脂溶性成分,进行甲酯化处理后用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分离和鉴定其组成和含量。结果:通过检测,在阳春砂果皮和种子中分别鉴定了25种和13种脂溶性成分,主要为脂肪酸及其酯类,以油酸和亚油酸等不饱和脂肪酸含量最高。结论:该研究结果表明,阳春砂果实在食用、医疗保健等方面具有较大的应用潜力和开发前景。

Abstract:Objective: To analyse the lipid-soluble components of Amomum villosum fruits by GC/MS.Methods: Lipid-soluble components in pericarps and seeds of A.villosum were extracted by Soxhlet extraction.The Lipid-soluble components were esterified and then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Results: Twenty-five and thirteen compounds were identified in pericarps and seeds of A.villosum,respectively,mainly including fatty acids and their esters.Conclusion: The results indicate that it is highly p...
