通关藤及其混淆品的RAPD鉴别研究

摘    要:目的:应用RAPD技术鉴别通关藤及其混淆品,并分析同种不同产地通关藤基因同源性。方法:CTAB法提取7个不同产地的通关藤及其6种混淆品的DNA,以20条随机引物进行非特异扩增。结果:随机引物285(GGG AAC CCG T)可稳定扩增不同产地通关藤药材的DNA,随机引物E01(CCC AAG GTC C)可有效的鉴别通关藤及其混淆品。结论:RAPD法可准确鉴别正品通关藤及其混淆品,不同产地通关藤的基因具有同源性。

Abstract:Objective:To identify Marsdeniae Tenacissimae Caulis and its adulterants by RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA) and analyze the gene homology of Marsdeniae Tenacissimae Caulis from various habitats.
