地鳖纤溶活性蛋白对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤微血管密度及血管内皮细胞生长因子表达的影响

摘    要:目的:研究地鳖纤溶活性蛋白(EFP)对H22和S180荷瘤小鼠肿瘤组织微血管密度(MVD)及血液中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的影响,以判定EFP是否具有抗肿瘤新生血管生成作用。方法:建立H22荷瘤小鼠动物模型,采用免疫组化方法标记CD34,检测了EFP对小鼠H22和S180肿瘤组织MVD的作用情况,采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测H22和S180荷瘤小鼠血清中VEGF含量。结果:与对照组相比,EFP可显著降低MVD及VEGF的表达。结论:EFP有抑制肿瘤新生血管形成的作用。
