| 摘 要： | 目的:观察麋鹿角不同提取部位对甲亢阴虚大鼠的影响及其作用机制。方法:采用甲状腺素造成大鼠甲亢阴虚症模型,通过考查模型动物的物质代谢、痛阈值、血清中内分泌激素水平及血清生化指标的变化,观察麋鹿角不同提取部位对阴虚大鼠的作用,并初步探讨其机制。结果:麋鹿角醇提部位对于甲亢阴虚症模型大鼠有明显的补阴功效,能显著调节阴虚大鼠的物质代谢、提高其痛阈值,并能调节血清中内分泌激素水平、提高抗氧化能力。结论:麋鹿角醇提部位对于阴虚症大鼠有明显疗效,其补阴功效与其调节神经内分泌网络功能密切相关。
