| 摘 要： | 目的:分析山茱萸生长地土壤中无机元素对山茱萸药材质量的影响。方法:对各产区山茱萸药材及土壤中无机元素进行测定;对山茱萸药材中的马钱苷、熊果酸、多糖、鞣质、总有机酸、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物进行测定;分析土壤中无机元素与山茱萸药材质量的相关性。结果:三个主产区内,山茱萸药材各化学成分含量没有明显差异,山茱萸药材中马钱苷、水溶性浸出物的含量都符合2010年版中国药典规定;土壤中Fe、Mn、K无机元素对山茱萸药材化学指标影响较显著,其他无机元素对山茱萸药材化学指标不具有显著性影响。结论:通过化学成分和土壤无机元素的相关性分析,为山茱萸适宜栽培区域的选择及山茱萸规范化种植提供参考。
