| 摘 要： | 目的:研究罗勒从新疆引种到杭州后的生态适应性;研究不同采收期、干燥方式、不同部位的罗勒挥发油含量差异。方法:按照2010版中国药典的挥发油测定法提取罗勒挥发油。结果:晒干的干燥方式最有利于提取到更多的罗勒挥发油;9月3日采收的罗勒生物学产量最大;含油量罗勒花最高,而茎秆非常低。结论:罗勒完全能够适应杭州的生态环境,每年种植两季可显著提高经济效益;只收获叶和花有利于降低运输成本,提高得油率。
