| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨麻黄附子细辛汤组方药材组成复方前后挥发油成分和比例的变化。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取麻黄附子细辛汤及其组方药材麻黄、附子、细辛的挥发油,并通过GC-MS联用技术对其进行分析比较。结果:从麻黄附子细辛汤挥发油中共鉴定出44个成分,其化学信号主要来源于麻黄和细辛;麻黄、附子、细辛挥发油中分别鉴定出68、8、39个成分;麻黄附子细辛汤挥发油中成分与单味药材挥发油中成分的种类与比例有较大差异。结论:在含挥发性成分的药材组成复方的汤剂中,不仅存在挥发性成分量的变化,还存在一系列成分间的相互作用和转化导致质的变化,由此可能导致了疗效的变化。
