| 过山枫抑制T细胞增殖及诱导T细胞凋亡活性部位的研究 |

| 摘 要： | 目的:通过体外T淋巴细胞增殖实验筛选过山枫抗炎作用的活性部位;对确定的活性部位进一步探讨对T淋巴细胞凋亡的影响。方法:对过山枫乙醇提取物进行分离提取,采用体外小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖实验,检测过山枫不同提取部位对小鼠脾细胞增殖的影响,从中筛选出对小鼠脾细胞增殖有抑制作用的活性部位。采用流式细胞技术观察活性部位对小鼠脾淋巴细胞凋亡的影响。结果:过山枫不同极性部位及从过山枫乙酸乙酯部位(GSF-A)分离得到3个组分对体外培养的T淋巴细胞增殖均有不同程度的抑制作用;GSF-A 3个活性部位对T淋巴细胞凋亡有显著促进作用。结论:过山枫不同极性部位均具有抗炎活性,且GSF-A的活性显著;从GSF-A部位中分离得到的3个部位均具有抗炎活性;过山枫对T淋巴细胞增殖的抑制及诱导凋亡的作用一致,提示诱导凋亡是过山枫抑制T淋巴细胞增殖的机制之一。
