| 摘 要： | 目的:为寻找中药重楼的替代资源,研究巴山重楼根茎的化学成分。方法:依次用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱、反相制备HPLC等手段,从巴山重楼根茎的正丁醇提取部分分离纯化单体化合物,并运用MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、2D-NMR等波谱技术鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果:从巴山重楼的正丁醇提取部分中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-蜕皮激素(1)、pinnatasterone(2)、偏诺皂苷元-3-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖(1→2)-[α-L-阿拉伯呋喃糖(1→4)]-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(3)、薯蓣皂苷元-3-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖(1→2)-[α-L-阿拉伯呋喃糖(1→4)]-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(4)、偏诺皂苷元-3-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖(1→4)-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖(1→4)-[α-L-鼠李吡喃糖(1→2)]-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(5)。结论:化合物1～5为首次在该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective:Study the chemical constituents of the rhizomes of Paris bashanensis to search after the alternative resource for the Chinese medicinal material Rhizoma Paridis.Methods:The n-BuOH extracts of P.bashanensis was applied to silica gel column and eluted with EtOAc-EtOH,then the gained fractions were further purified by chromatography on Sephadex LH-20 column and Pre-RP-HPLC to give pure compounds whose structures were elucidated mainly on the basis of analyzing the spectral data of MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,2... |
