| 摘 要： | 目的:为了探索c-myc及c-jun与银屑病的关系。方法:运用免疫组化SP法对22例寻常型银屑病患者及15例正常人皮肤c-myc及c-jun的表达进行观察。结果:c-myc、c-jun在银屑病皮损中过度表达,而在正常皮肤不表达或弱表达,结论:c-myc、c-jun可能与银屑病的表皮细胞过度增殖、分化异常有关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of c-myc and c-jun on the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Methods: The expressions of c-myc and c-jun were investigated in 15 normal skin and 22 psoriatic lesions using SP immunohistochemical technique.Results: Both c-myc and c-jun were moderately in the lesions and weakly or not expressed in normal skin.(Conclusion): The over-expression of c-myc and c-jun in psoriatic epidermis suggest that they might be related to the hyperproliferation and abnormal differentiation of psoriatic keratinocytes. |
