胃癌病人术后早期肠道营养支持:附40例分析

摘    要:本研究以40例胃癌根治术病人为研究对象,病人随机分为四组,对照组术后仅常规静脉补液,肠营养各组术后早期经PS管输注重注营养物质。以皮来观察经PS管行术后早期肠内营养的临床应用效果。结果表明:术后早期肠内营养支持明显增加了营养物质的摄入量,改善了氮平稀,减轻了术后血红浆蛋白浓度降低的幅度,减少了机体脂肪和瘦组织群的丢失,而且有于结肠麻痹的恢复。

Abstract:n this study 40 gastric cancer patients having radical gastroectomy were in volved. The patients wererandomly divided into four groups. The control grouponly received routine tV infusion after operation. Other three groups received early postoperative feedingwith a specially designed tube (PS tube). It is foundthat early postoperative enteral nutritional supportcan increase nutrients intake, improve nitrogen balance, reduce the dropping of concentration of serumprotein, lessen the lose of fat and lean body mass.Moreover it is beneficial to the recovery of colon dysfunction.
