脾虚证、肝胃不和证及痰热证患者舌苔脱落细胞的检测

通过对脾虚证及肝胃不和、痰热证共６７例及１８例正常人进行的舌苔脱落细胞的检测，结果表明：各证组舌苔脱落细胞的构成比由多至少均为角化细胞、角化前细胞和完全角化细胞，中层细胞极少。同正常人比，脾虚证的角化细胞明显减少，角化前细胞及中层细胞显著增多（Ｐ＜０．０１），反映脾虚患者新陈代谢缓慢，舌粘膜上皮细胞代谢障碍；肝胃不和及痰热证均为实证，机体代谢亢进，上皮细胞分化成熟过于旺盛，较之虚证，其角化前细胞及中层细胞明显减少，角化、完全角化细胞则显著增加（Ｐ＜０．０１）。脾虚证治疗后与正常人比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。各证组炎症细胞分布呈脾虚、正常人、肝胃不和及痰热证的递增趋势，痰热证炎症细胞明显高于正常人及脾虚证（Ｐ＜０．０１），乃实热证正邪剧烈抗争的表现。舌苔脱落细胞与唾液淀粉酶活性及Ｄ－木糖排泄率的同步观测，表明舌苔脱落细胞与后两者有十分密切的线性相关关系（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

Assay of Exfoliative Cells of Tongue Fur in Syndromes of Spleen-asthenia, Incoordination between the Liver and the Stomach,and Phlegm-heat

The exfoliative cells of tongue fur wereassayed in 67 patients with spleen-asthenia, in-ccordination between the liver and the stomach, and phlegm-heat, with 18 healthy personsas contral. The results showed that the sequence from more to less of every group' s con-stituent proportion was keratotic cells, pre-kerototic cells, complete keratotic cells and mid-dle layer cells. Comparing with healthy group, keratotic cells decreased,pre-keratotic cellsand middle layer cells increased significantly (P< 0. 01) in the spleen-athenia group. Theresult was just contrary in the group of inccordination between the liver and the stomach,and phlegm-heat. It indicates that the body's metabolism was slowl and the periglottisepithelial cells development was disturbed in asthenia-syndrome, After curing, the spleen-athenia group resfored to normal level. The inflammatory cells' count showed an increasetendency from the spleen-athenia, healthy subjects, incoordination between the liver andthe stomach, to phlegm-heat. Meanwhile, the number of inflammatory cells in tongue fursalivin activity, and D-xylose excretion showed a close linear correlation between the exfo-liative cells and other two indexes(P<0. 01), It is suggested that the exfoliative cells oftongue fur may be an active index for diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation in the spleen-asthenia syndrome.
