介入治疗胰腺癌的临床疗效评价

目的：评价胰腺癌介入治疗的临床效果。方法．33例胰腺癌病人其中有26例合并肝转移，全部病人均进行了2～4次经导管动脉化疗，对肝转移病灶进行肝动脉栓塞治疗。结果：在介入治疗后，原发灶未见增大的比率为63．6％，肝转移灶减少或缩小的比率为69．2％，增加的比率为30．7％。疼痛缓解的占74．3％，体力状况改善的83．7％，有37．5％的病人生存期在6—8mo，16．6％的病人生存期为1a。结论：胰腺癌单纯介入治疗可以明显地改善临床症状，控制转移病灶的发展，但对原发灶的控制还应与其他手术或非手术方法相结合。

CLINICAL THERAPEUTIC EVALUATION OF PANCREATIC CANCER WITH INTERVENTIONAL THERAPY

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pancreatic cancer with interventional therapy.Methods:33 cases of pancreatic cancer including 26 cases with liver cancer metastasis,and all the patients had made transcatheter arterial chemoembolization for 2~4 times,patients who had metastatic hepatocellular adenocarcinoma were treated with hepatic arterial embolus.Results: There were 63.6% patients who had no primordial foci accretion after interventional therapy,69.2% patients whose metastatic hepatocellular adenocarcinoma reduced,and 30.7% increased.74.3% patients alleviated pain,83.7% ameliorated physical strength.37.5% patients lived 6~8 months and 16.6% patients lived 1 year.Conclusion:Only taking the method of interventional therapy is able to ameliorate pancreatic cancer clinical symptom,control the evolution of metastatic foci,but the control of metastatic foci should combines with other surgical or non-surgical methods.
