| 摘 要： | 从脾胃方面探讨了肺癌致病的机理。认为肺癌的发生多由于正气不足,气血阴阳失衡,脏腑功能紊乱而成,病机可概括为正虚邪实。正虚多由于脾胃气血生化之源不足;邪实多由于脾胃虚弱脾失健运,致痰浊内生,痰瘀互结。故治疗上其一扶正固本,调理脾胃;其二扶助脾胃,化痰湿祛瘀血。

| Abstract: | This paper tries to probe into the mechanism of lung carcinoma from splenogastric aspect.It is believed that lung carcinoma is usually caused by the deficiency of vital qi,imbalance of qi and blood,yin and yang,and disturbance of the visceral function.The pathogenesis can be summarized as asthenic vital qi and sthenic pathogenic factors.So there are two principles for treatment : first,support the vital qi and consolidate the essence,and tonify the spleen and the stomach to recuperate the body's essential qi.Vigorous earth leads to healthy metal.Second,support and invigorate the spleen and the stomach.The healthy movement of the spleen and the stomach can remove phlegm and dampness and dispel blood stasis. |
