腹膜后纤维化引起的肾积水11例报告

目的：提高腹膜后纤维化的诊断及治疗水平。方法：对1986年2月-1999年11月期间所收治的11例腹膜后纤维化引起的肾积水患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中原发性者6例，继发性者5例，3例行输尿管内支架治疗，8例行手术治疗并于术后加用激素治疗。结果：随访6-38个月，术后肾功能均有改善或恢复正常；6例原发性者预后良好，3例继发于恶性肿瘤者于术后3-8个月死亡。另2例血沉降至正常。结论：对于腹膜后纤维化引起的肾积水，逆行肾盂造影、B超、MRI等检查可明确诊断，宜尽早采取于术等措施解除梗阻。引流尿液是有效的治疗方法。

Hydronrphrosis caused by retroperitoneal fibrosis (Report of 11 cases)

Purpose:To present and evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of 11 cases of retroperitoneal fibrosis causing hydronephrosis.Methods:A retrospective study from Feb.1986 up to Nov.1999,for the treatment of 11 cases of retroperitoneal fibrosis causing hydronephrosis has been made.Results:The retroperitoneal fibrosis was idiopathic in 6 and secondary in 5.Surgical intervention was undertaken in 8 with postoperative administration of corticosteroids and intraluminal stent was inserted in 3.The patients have been followed up for 6 to 38 months with improved or normal renal function and the prognosis of primary retroperitoneal fibrosis has been good while it was very poor in fibrosis secondary to malignancy,3 being already dead.Conclusions:Retrograde urogram, Ultrasonography and MRI are extremely helpful. To relieve the obstruction by surgical intervention is very effective.
