| 摘 要： | 目的探讨以四君子汤为基础的消痞散结方对功能性消化不良的疗效。方法选择我院中医科门诊诊断为功能性消化不良的患者，随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组给予多潘立酮及奥美拉唑对症治疗，试验组加用四君子汤加减，治疗4周。观察两组总有效率及不良反应的发生率。结果试验组和对照组总有效率分别为77．8％和56．5％，试验组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组均无不良反应发生。结论四君子汤为基础的消痞散结方对功能性消化不良疗效肯定，无不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods Chose patients with indigestion in our hospital, randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group were treated with domperidone and omeprazole symptomatic treatment.The experimental group were treated with domperidone and omeprazole plus sijunzi Decoction for 4 weeks. To observe the total effective rate and side effect. Results The total effective rate was significant higher in the experimental group than that in the control group （77.8% vs 56.5%, P〈0.05）. There was no incidence of side effects in both groups. Conclnsion Sijunzi Decoction is effective and safe in treatment of functional dyspepsia. |
