恶性淋巴瘤患儿细胞黏附分子检测分析研究

目的探讨恶性淋巴瘤患儿血中细胞黏附分子CD11a、CD62L、CD54表达水平及化疗和中药联合治疗对其表达水平的影响。方法采用流式细胞术动态检测50例恶性淋巴瘤患儿细胞黏附分子在各种治疗中的表达水平。结果化疗加中药舒肝溃坚汤治疗组与单纯化疗组相比，外周血中CD11a（t=3．58）、CD62L（t=3．02）、CD54（t=2．78）水平均明显增高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01），中药联合治疗可明显提高患儿细胞黏附分子表达，增加机体免疫功能。结论细胞黏附分子与肿瘤免疫密切相关，在恶性淋巴瘤发生、发展以及药物治疗中发挥了重要作用。舒肝溃坚汤对其具有明显疗效。

The detection of cell-adhesion molecule in 50 cases children with malignant lymphoma

Objective To investigate the expression of cancer cell-adhesion molecule CD1 l a, CD62L, CD54 in the blood of children with malignant lymphoma, and influence of chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy on ma- lignant lymphoma. Methods Using flow cytometry dynamic detection,detected the expression level of cell-adhesion molecules in 50 cases children with malignant lymphoma in two different treatment. Results Chemotherapy combined with Chinese herbs group compared with the chemotherapy treatment group,CD1 la （t=3.58）,CD62L（t=3.02）,CD54 （t=2.78）in the peripheral blood increased obviously,the difference was statistical significance （P〈0.01）.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine treatment improved expression of cell-adhesion molecules and immune function significantly. Conclusion Cell-adhesion molecules are closely related with tumor immunity, and play an important role in malignant lymphoma occurred,as well as the development of drug therapy.
