| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合护理干预对手足口病合并脑炎患儿的治疗效果。方法将我院2010年1月。2011年6月就诊的手足口病合并脑炎的患儿96例随机分为两组，分别给予常规护理和综合护理干预。比较两组治疗效果及护理效果。结果经过综合护理干预的观察组患儿治疗显效例数、无效例数、总有效率均优于对照组，观察组患儿的退热时间、意识恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组。结论综合护理干预对手足口病合并脑炎患儿护理更有针对性，疗效更确切，治疗积极有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore therapeutic effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on hand foot and mouth disease complicated with encephalitis. Methods Jan 2010 to Jun 2011 96 cases hand foot and mouth disease complicated with encephalitis were randomly divided into two groups. Two groups were given routine nursing and observe group were given comprehensive nursing intervention in addition. Compared treatment effect and nursing effect. Results The number of effective and effective rate of observe group were better than that of control group. The defervescence time, consciousness recovery time, hospital stay were less than that of the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on nursing care of hand foot and mouth disease complicated with encephalitis children was more targeted, active and effective. |
