肝硬化患者血钠水平与肝功能分级关系的临床分析

目的探讨肝硬化患者不同血清钠水平与肝功能分级的关系。方法回顾分析我科收治的35例肝硬化并发低钠血症患者，根据其人院时血清钠水平分为低钠血症轻（A）、中（B）、重（C）3组。然后比较肝硬化腹水患者不同血钠水平的肝功能分级。结果不同的低钠程度的肝功能分级存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）。B、C两组分别与A组比较，肝功能Child分级的差异有显著性（P〈0．05），但B、C两组之间比较并无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论肝硬化患者的血清钠水平与肝功能损害程度有紧密相关性。提示在临床诊疗过程中需重视预防，及时发现并治疗低钠血症。

Clinical analysis of relationship between serum sodium and liver function grade of patients with cirrhosis

Objective To explore the relationship between serum sodium and hver function grade of patients with cirrhosis. Methods 35 cirrhotic concurrent hyponatremia patients were studied retrospectively.The patients were divided into light （A）,moderate （B） and severe （C） hyponatremia according to their serum sodium levels on admission. Comparing the liver function grade in different serum sodium of cirrhotic patients. Results Different serum sodium were related to their Child- pugh,the difference of liver function Child grade was very striking （P〈O.05） ,B and C group comparing with A group respectively, the serum sodium were related to their Child-pugh and the difference of classification of liver function grade was very striking（P〈0.05）. But the comparison of the groups of moderate （B） and severe （C） of the classification of liver function, the statistical results were not statistically significant. Conclusion The serum sodium of the cirrhotic patients is closely related to the liver function Child grade.
