口腔科初诊患儿2262例病历资料分析

目的通过对2262份完整口腔病历资料进行回顾分析，探讨如何完善儿童的口腔治疗。方法统计我院口腔科2011年初诊患儿完整口腔病历2262份，从3个年龄段进行资料分析。结果3个年龄组之间，城市、农村就诊人数有差异（P〈0．05）。各年龄段之间药物过敏率比较有差异（P〈0．05）。各年龄段之间儿童刷牙频率有差异，组间比较有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。各年龄段之间儿童就诊合作行为表现比较有差异，组间比较有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。各年龄段之间首诊牙位比较有差异，组间比较有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论通过初诊患儿的临床资料分析，可以掌握就诊患儿的基本情况，从而对儿童口腔治疗行为管理、方法改进、诊疗程序及口腔宣教有指导意义。

Analysis of clinical record of 2262 children first visit to dentistry

Objective To analyse 2 262 complete medical record and investigate how to improve the dental treatment of children. Methods 2 262 complete medical records in 2011 had been analysed statistically.The analysis was conducted in 3 age groups. Results There was no distinct difference between the visit number in city and countryside in 3 age groups,the visit number was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The drug hypersensitivity in different age groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The brushing frequency in 3 age groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01 ）. The behavior of cooperation in 3 age groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The teeth position of first visit in 3 age groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion By analysing the pediatric dentistry medical record, the basic conditions of patients can be mastered. It has directive significance for the management of behaviors in pediatric oral therapy, the improvement of the method, clinical programs and oral hygiene instruction.
