复方续断接骨丸治疗骨折的临床研究

目的：研究复方续断接骨丸治疗骨折的疗效与安全性。方法：选择180例外伤性四肢骨干骨折病人随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组120例，对照组60例。经复位、固定后，治疗组服用复方续断接骨丸，对照组服用接骨七厘片，直至骨折愈合。以临床实际用药时间比同类骨折愈合时间提前多少为疗效判定标准。同时观测治疗前后疼痛、肿胀积分，并进行安全性评价。结果：治疗药与对照药都有较好的消肿止痛作用，治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组末发现任何副作用。结论：复方续断接骨丸具有明显的消肿止痛功能，能促进骨折愈合，缩短疗程，且无副作用，是一种有效的治疗骨折的复方中药。

Clinical Study of Compound Xu Dan Jie Gu Wan Treat of Fracture

Objective:To study the effect and safety of compound Xu Dan Jie Gu Wan treat of Fracture.Method:180 traumatic patients who are limb skeleton fracture were random divided into treatment group or control group,which there are 120 peoples in treatment group and 60 in control group.After restored and fixed,the patients in treatment group have compound Xu Dan Jie Gu Wan,and patients in control group have Jie Gu Qi Li Pian,until to when the fracture is healed.The effect is evaluated by the days which actual fracture healing time are ahead of clinical fracture healing time.The pain?swell and safety are also evaluated at one time.Results:The two drugs have significantly analgesic and detumescent effect;the curative effect in treatment group is higher than that of control group.There are no any side-effects in treatment group.Conclusions:Compound Xu Dan Jie Gu Wan which can accelerate fracture healing,shorten the period of treatment,has no side-effect,is one of effective compound Traditional Chinese Herbs treat of fracture.
