肝硬化失代偿期患者的营养管理分析

摘    要:摘要:目的研究和探讨肝硬化失代偿期患者的营养管理方法,为肝硬化失代偿期患者提供优良有效的营养管理。方法选择肝硬化失代偿期患者总计80例作为研究对象。将患者随机分为4组,每组各20例。在部分肠内营养加部分肠外营养的原则下,根据患者个体情况进行肠内营养加肠外营养治疗。结果通过对肝硬化失代偿期患者进行有效的营养管理,D组(试验组)患者的生化指标情况显著好于其他3组对照组(P〈0.05)。结论在肝硬化失代偿期患者的治疗中采用部分肠内营养(PEN)结合部分肠外营养(PPN)的方法,最大程度改善患者营养状况,降低并发症,延长生存期,有着十分积极的意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore and study the nutrition management on patients with decompensated cirrhosis and to provide excellent and effective nutrient management for them. Methods 80 cases of patients with decompensated cirrhosis were chosen for the study. The patients were randomly divided into four groups with 20 cases each. In the principle of par- tial parentera] nutrition plus partial enteral nutrition, enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition were given according to the patient's physical condition. Results By means of effective nutrient management on patients with decompensated cirrhosis, the biochemical indexes of patients in group D ( experimental group ) was significantly better than that of the other three control groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The combination of partial enteral nutrition and partial parenteral nutrition on the patients with deeompensated cirrhosis can improve the nutritional status of the patients to a maximum degree, reduce com- plications and prolong the survival time, which is of great significance.
