尼可地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛56例疗效观察

摘要：目的探讨尼可地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取不稳定型心绞痛患者56例，随机分为治疗组28例与对照组28例。治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用尼可地尔5mgtid连用8w，对照组加用淀粉制成的安慰剂。实验采用双盲的方法。观察并记录两组患者每周心绞痛发作次数、持续时间及硝酸甘油用量；比较治疗前后患者心绞痛发作时的心电图sT段变化；观察治疗期间是否有头痛、低血压等不良反应及严重冠脉事件的发生。结果治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），且两组患者在治疗期间均未出现低血压、心律失常及严重冠脉事件。结论尼可地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Effect of Nicorandil in Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris of 56 Case Patients

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Nicorandil in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods 56 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into the Treatment Group （28 cases） and the Control Group （28 cases）. The Treatment Group adopted the conventional medical treatment and an additional treatment of Nicrandil 5 mg tid for eight weeks, while the Control Group adopted the placebo made of starch for replacement of Nicran- dil. The experiment adopted double- blind method. Researchers observed and recorded the angina occurrences, duration and nitroglycerin dosage of every patient in both groups every week. Researchers compared the pre - therapy and post - treatment patients＇ changes on electrocardiograph ST segment during the angina pectoris attack , and observed the occur- rences of untoward effects （ like headache and hypotension） and serious coronary events. Results The clinical effect in the Treatment Group was superior to that in the Control Group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and patients in both groups did not show any symptoms of hypertension, arrhythnfia and serious coronary events. Conclusion Nicrandil is effective in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris and deserves wide clinical application.
