急性重症脑外伤患者的护理体会

摘要：目的分析急性重症脑外伤患者其临床表现并对其有效的护理方法进行探究。方法选取本院2011年3月至2013年3月期间收治的120例急性重症脑外伤患者为研究对象，将其按照具体护理措施的不同分为综合护理干预组（A组）和常规护理干预组（B组），每组各60例。结果两组患者经不同的护理措施予以护理干预后，A组患者的脑功能的评分情况、感染发生率等方面都要明显的优于B组，其差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而两组患者的死亡率之间的差异并不明显（P〉0．05）。结论对急性重症脑外患者实施有效的综合护理干预措施能很好的促进患者脑功能、神经功能的恢复，对患者全面的康复具有积极的意义值得在临床上推广应用。

Reflection on the Nursing of Patients with Acute Severe Brain Injury

Objective To analyze symptoms of the patients with acute severe brain injury and to explore effective nursing methods. Methods From March 2011 to March 2013, 60 eases of acute severe brain injury were selected as the experimental group （group A） and treated with comprehensive nursing care, while 60 cases treated with conventional nurs- ing care served as the control group （group B）. Results With different nursing measures, the brain function recovery of patients in group A were statistically better than that in group B （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, with less incidence of infection ; and there was no significant difference in mortality between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conduslon For the patients with acute se- vere brain injury, comprehensive nursing interventions can promote the recovery of brain function and neural function, so it is worth wide attention and application.
