盐酸克林霉素胶囊的体外溶出度考察与结果分析

摘    要:目的通过对4个不同厂家的盐酸克林霉素胶囊体外溶出度的考察与比较,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法参考相关文献,采用《中国药典》2010年版(二部)附录溶出度第一法装置,以高效液相色谱法测定各样品不同时间的溶出量,并以Weibull方程拟合溶出参数,并对检测结果进行分析。结果根据T50,T d等溶出参数显示,不同厂家盐酸克林霉素胶囊在不同溶出介质中溶出行为有一定差异。结论该药的溶出速率与所处pH环境有关,在临床用药过程中应予以注意。

Abstract:Objective Through comparing 4 different manufacturers of Clindamycin Hydrochloride Capsules in vitro solubility,provides the reference for the clinical rational drug use. Methods Refer to the relevant literature,the 2010 edi- tion of Chinese Pharmacopoeia two appendix solubility first method, dissolved quantity of each sample was determined at dif- ferent time by high performance liquid chromatography, and the solubility parameter to the Weibull equation, and analyzing the results of the test. Results According to the dissolution parameters T50 and TO , clindamycin bydrochloride capsules from different manufacturers in different dissolution have some differences in behavior dissolving medium. Conclusion The dissolution rate of the drug associated with it's pH environment,in the clinical course of medication should be noted.
