某高校大学生心理健康影响因素调查

目的 探讨高校大学生心理问题的影响因素,为进行干预提供参考依据.方法 病例组：经SCL-90测试分析筛检出的有心理问题的学生370人.健康对照组：按专业、性别、年龄等1∶1匹配 SCL-90测试各项指标正常的学生370人.采用艾森克人格问卷（成人版）及自行设计的心理卫生调查表进行现场调查.结果 多因素Logistic回归分析显示：与家庭成员的关系、烦恼时的倾述方式、家庭经济收入、对学习要求的程度、社会生活事件、课余活动方式、人格特征7项因素进入模型,与大学生心理问题有关（P＜0.05）;心理问题组内向不稳、外向不稳明显高于对照组,而外向稳定对照组高于心理问题组,两组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 父母的教育态度对子女的心理健康有影响;性格内向、焦虑程度高、不易与人相处者心理问题发生将增高;生活事件对造成大学生心理问题有直接的影响.

Study on Factors Influencing the Psychological Health of College Students

Objectives To analyze the factors influencing the psychological health of college students, so as to adopt effective methods to solve their psychological problems. Methods 370 subjects with psychological problems which were screed by SCL-90 test were chosen as experimental group, and 370 subjects with normal score of SCL 90 test were chosen as control group in the study. They were asked to complete Eysenck＇s personality questionnaires （EPQ） and the self-made tablet. Results Multiple factors＂ analysis showed that the relationship with the members of the family, the confiding way when in trouble, the total income of his/her family, the expectation in study, the social incidents, the activities after class and the personal character were statistically different between the experimental group and the control group （P〈0.05）. The intra version-instability and extraversion-instability of the experimental group were much higher than those of the control group. The extraverts of experimental group was much lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions The teaching method of parents is an influencing fac- tor of the students＇ psychological health. Being introvert, having high anxiety and being difficult to get along with others are negative factors. The social incidents could influence the students＇ psychological health directly.
