北京城区居民健康状况及社区智慧医疗服务研究

目的 分析北京市居民的健康状况和主要健康问题,探讨适宜社区和家庭的健康管理方式和措施.方法 利用2002年中国营养学调查及2012年居民健康调查资料,分析北京市居民的体质和健康状况.结果人体测量结果显示,超重和肥胖成为半数以上人群的主要健康问题,45岁以上人群的慢性病患病率较高,60岁以上的老年人中超过60%患有慢性病,部分患者对自己的体质状况和慢性病进展情况并不知晓.结论 需要在社区或家庭为人群提供更多便捷、可及的体质参数检测措施和器械,可以针对慢性病患者或高风险人群提供基于物联网的动态监测和健康管理服务,形成以个人和家庭为对象、以社区卫生服务机构为依托的社区智慧医疗服务系统.

Analysis on Health Status and Appropriate Health Services System for Residents in Beijing City

Objectives To analyze health status of Beijing urban citizens and identify main health problems and to discuss suitable health products and healthcare services in community and household which fit needs the best. Methods The research was carried on based on nutrition surveys conducted in 2002 and Health Status Surveys conducted in 2012 to know Beijing citizens＇ self estimation of health status. Results It is reported that overweight and obesity were the health issues reflected by more than half of the objects. Incidence of high blood pressure and diabetes were higher among Beijing citizens while part of patients did not realize their disease development. Conclusions More convenient and accessible health monitoring indexes and instruments are required. For patients with non-communicable diseases and from high risk groups, ongoing monitoring healthcare services based on Internet of Things will be suitable.
