| Abstract: | Twelve-minute blockade of blood circulation caused different changes in cardiomyocyte organelles, particularly in the mitochondria.
The initial cardiomyocyte structure was restored within 3.5 h of the postresuscitation period. Ultrastructural changes in
cardiomyocytes were observed again 1 month after resuscitation. They disappeared after 5 months.
