| 摘 要： | 目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定枳术颗粒中柚皮苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Shim-packCLC-ODS,流动相为乙腈-水(20∶80,磷酸调节pH值至3.0±0.1),检测波长为283nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为室温。结果柚皮苷进样量在0.1208μg~3.0200μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为99.1%(RSD=2.0%)。结论本方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、分离度与重现性好,可用于本品的含量测定与质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of Naringin in Zhishu granules by HPLC. METHODS:The Shim-pack CLC-ODS column was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(20∶80,adjusted to pH value of 3.0±0.1 with phosphoric acid).The detection wavelength was set at 283nm,the flow rate at 1.0ml/min,and the column temperature at room temperature.RESULTS: The calibration curve of Naringin was in good linearity over the range of 0.1 208μg～3.0 200μg(r=0.9 999).The average recovery was 99.1%(RSD=2.0%).CONCLUSION: The present method is simple,accurate,sensitive as well as with good resolving power and reproducibility,which can be used for the content determination and quality control of Zhishu granules. |
