替米沙坦对脑缺血再灌注小鼠记忆障碍的改善作用

目的：研究替米沙坦对脑缺血再灌注所致血管性痴呆小鼠的记忆障碍的改善作用。方法：以结扎双侧颈总动脉合并尾静脉放血的方法制作小鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,以跳台、水迷宫及穿梭箱实验,观察替米沙坦对小鼠学习记忆的改善作用。结果：替米沙坦15,30mg·kg~(-1)能显著减少小鼠在跳台实验中的错误次数,延长跳台潜伏期；缩短小鼠在水迷宫中的潜伏期,减少错误次数。替米沙坦15mg·kg~(-1)能明显缩短穿梭箱实验中小鼠遭受电击的时间。结论：替米沙坦对脑缺血再灌注所致小鼠记忆障碍有改善作用。

Promotion effect of telmisartan on memory deficit induced by brain ischemic reperfusion in mice

AIM:To research the promoting effect of telmisartan on memory dysfunction by brain is- chemic reperfusion in mice.METHODS:The brain ischemic reperfusion model was established by blocking both common carotid arteries repeatedly and releasing blood from the tail simultaneously.The improving effects of telmisartan on amnesia were observed by step down test,water maze test,and shuttle box test.RESULTS: Telmisartan (15,30mg·kg~(-1),po) reduced the number of errors and prolonged the latency of memory in the step-down test.Telmisartan shortened the latencies and reduced the number of errors in water maze test.At a dose of 15mg·kg~(-1),telmisartan shortened the time of electric shock in shuttle box test.CONCLUSION: Telmisartan improves cognition dysfunction induced by repeated cerebral ischemiareperfusion in mice.
