翼状胬肉中增殖细胞核抗原、DNA-依赖蛋白激酶、c-myc的表达及其临床意义

目的　分析增殖细胞核抗原 (proliferatingcellnuclearantigen ,PCNA)、DNA 依赖蛋白激酶 (DNA dependentproteinkinase,DNA PK)、原癌基因蛋白 (C MYC)在翼状胬肉中的表达 ,探讨其与翼状胬肉增殖的关系。方法　应用免疫组化LSAB法对 33例翼状胬肉组织中PCNA、DNA PK、C MYC的表达进行观察和分析。结果　PCNA、DNA PK、C MYC在翼状胬肉中的表达率分别为 4 2 .4 2 %、18.18%、36 .36 % ,与翼状胬肉形成有密切关系。PCNA、DNA PK、C MYC 3者之间在表达上未见相关意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　PC NA、DNA PK、C MYC表达与翼状胬肉形成密切相关 ,提示翼状胬肉是一种良性肿瘤性增殖性病变

Expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen,DNA-dependent protein kinase,C-MYC in pterygium and their clinical significance

Objective To evaluate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA),DNA dependent protein kinase(DNA PK),C MYC in pterygium and study the relationship of them with proliferating status of pterygium.Methods The immunohistochem ical methods LSAB was performed in study of expression of PCNA,DNA PK and C MYC in 33 pterygial specimens.Results The positive rate of PCNA,DNA PK,C MYC in pterygum was respectively 42.42%,18.18%,36.36%,they were closely correlated with the development of pterygium,but there was no related significance among PCNA,DNA PK and C MYC( P> 0.05 ).Conclusion The expression of PCNA,DNA PK,C MYC is closely related with the development of pterygium,showing that pterygium is a disorder with proliferation same as benign tumor.
