| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠甲亢的特点及围手术期处理的安全方法。方法回顾分析了2000年8月-2005年9月33例妊娠甲亢的外科处理。结果全部行双侧甲状腺大部切除术，术后并发流产1例，无甲亢复发及甲低发生。结论说明适当而充分的术前准备，恰当的手术时机与手术方式的选择，完善的麻醉和简洁细致的手术操作，是减少并发症，保证妊娠安全的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investingate characteristics and determine the safe method of perioperative management on Graves disease in pregnancy. Methods From August 2000 to September 2005,33 cases of Graves disease in pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. Results All cases operated two sides subtotal throidectomy, postoperative, no hyperthyroidosis and no hypothyroidism, only 1 case complicated abortion. Conclusion The effective way to eliminate the morbidity and improve the safety of pregnancy are fully perioperative preparation, appropriate choice of operation time and operation procedure, perfect anesthesia and concise techniques in operation. |
