腰椎小关节综合征的CT诊断及临床意义

目的探讨CT对腰椎小关节退行性改变的诊断及其临床价值。方法回顾性分析120例腰椎小关节退行性改变的CT征象及临床资料。结果椎小关节病的主要CT表现:关节突骨质增生,关节间隙改变,关节囊改变以及伴随的椎间盘膨出、突出,椎间孔、侧隐窝和椎管狭窄,黄韧带肥厚、钙化、关节脱位及半脱位等征象。结论CT可以为腰椎小关节综合征的诊断提供直观、充分的影像学根据,可作为腰椎小关节综合征的首选检查方法。

CT Diagnosis and clinical significance of lumbar spine facet joint syndrome

Objective To research the clinical value of CT in the diagnosis of facet joint syndrome. Methods The clinical representations and CT manifestations of 120 cases with degenerative lumbar facet joints were retrospectively analyzed.Results Main CT representations:Osteophyte formation,changes in the interspace and capsule of the joints with the incidental signs such as intervertebral disc bulge or protrusion, intervertebral foramen,vertebral canal,or lateral recess narrow.ligamentum flavum thickening or calcification dislocation and subluxation can also be viewed.Conclusion Computed tomography can provide a direct and enough evidence for the diagnosis of facet joint syndrome.It is the first choice for examining the syndrome.
