| 摘 要： | 目的：建立姬松茸颗粒剂中多糖含量测定方法。方法：采用苯酚-硫酸法配合SephadexG-200柱层析．以葡萄糖作为标准品．于490nm处测吸光度。结果：葡萄糖在(0．0013～O．0104)mg／ml范围线性良好(r=0．9993)．平均回收率为99．32％(n=6)，精密度小于0.82％。结论：该法简单．准确，可用于姬松茸颗粒剂中多糖含量的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective: To develop a method for the determination of polysaccharide in Agaricus blazei granules. Methods:Total polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method together with the separation by sephadex-200 with glucose as the standard and spectrophotometer assay for absorbency at 490nm.Results:Glucose has a good linear in the range of (0.0013~0.0104)mg/ml(r=0.9993).The average recovrery rate was 99.32%(n=6),and precision was less than 0.82%.Conclusion:The method is simple and reliable and may be used for the determination of polysaccharide in Agaricus blazei granules. |
