鸡矢藤水煎液抗炎与镇痛作用的研究

目的:观察鸡矢藤的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:采用毛细血管通透性法和耳肿胀法观察鸡矢藤的抗炎作用;采用扭体法观察鸡矢藤的镇痛作用。各组动物连续给药3d后,分别检测小鼠腹腔内依文思兰的渗出量、耳肿胀度、扭体反应次数。结果:鸡矢藤能显著降低醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增高,抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀,减少醋酸刺激所致的小鼠扭体反应次数。结论:鸡矢藤具有明显抗炎和镇痛作用。

A study on anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of the paederiae decoction

Objective:To observe the anti-inflammatory and pain-easing function of paederiae.Methods:To observe the anti-inflammatory effects of paederiae by the capillary permeability law and ear edema method; and to observe the analgesic effects by Niuti method. After 3 days of continuous administration in each group, to detect the exudation of Yiwen Silan in mice intraperitoneal, the ear swelling and the number of writhing. Results:Paederiae can restrain the growth of the permeability of capillary and the auricle swelling by dimethy-phenanthrene,inhibit xylene-induced ear edema, and reduce the times of body-twist caused by acetic acid. Conclusions:Paederiae has obvious anti-inflammmory and analgesic function.
