2010年度湖北省通城县工业企业职业病危害因素调查

目的通过了解企业职业危害因素分布情况,为有效控制职业危害因素、减少职业危害提供依据。方法对通城县271家工业企业进行现场调查。结果 271家有职业病危害因素的企业中,集体企业128家,占47.23%。职业危害因素主要分布在非金属矿物制品业(58.67%)和家具制造业(7.38%),接触职业病危害因素人数占生产工人数的40.10%。目前,企业存在的职业病危害因素主要有粉尘、高温、噪声、苯、甲苯和二甲苯。大部分企业车间或岗位没有或只有简单的防护设施,接触职业病危害因素的工人不使用或不能正确使用防护用品。结论职业病危害因素呈现多样性。集体企业是该县职业卫生工作的重点。应加强对农民工的职业病防治知识教育。

Investigation on occupational hazardous factors in industrial enterprises of Tongcheng County in Hubei in 2010

Objective]To understand the distribution of occupational hazardous factors in industrial enterprises,provide the basis for effectively controlling the occupational hazardous factors and reducing the occupational hazards.Methods]The field investigation was performed in 271 industrial enterprises of Tongcheng County.Results] Among 271 industrial enterprises had occupational hazardous factors,128(7.23%) were collective enterprise.The occupational hazardous factors were mainly found in non-metallic mineral products industry(58.67%) and furniture manufacturing industry(7.38%),and workers exposed to occupational hazardous factors accounted for 40.10% of total workers.At present,the main occupational hazardous factors were dust,high temperature,noise,benzene,methylbenzene and dimethylbenzene.Most of workshops and posts had no protective facility,or were equipped with simple protective facilities.Workers exposed to occupational hazardous factors did not use the protective article,or can not use it correctly.Conclusion]The occupational hazardous factors are diffrence.The collective enterprises are the key of occupational health work in Tongcheng County.It is important to strengthen the education of occupational diseases prevention among migrant workers.
