喘可治联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期的临床观察

[目的]探讨喘可治联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性期的效果。[方法]将120例老年COPD急性期病人随机分为观察组和对照组，均采用吸氧、抗感染、解痉、平喘常规治疗。观察组予喘可治注射液4mL＋盐酸氨溴索30mg雾化吸入，每天2次；对照组予盐酸氨溴索30mg雾化吸入，每天2次。两组疗程均为14d。[结果]观察组、对照组治疗有效率分别为95％、75％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。[结论]喘可治联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入可以缓解老年COPD急性期的临床症状。

Clinical observation of Chuankezhi combined with ambroxol nebulization inhalation to treat senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in acute period

Objective：To probe into the effect of Chuankezhi combined with ambroxol nebulization inhalation to treat senile chronic obstructive pulmona- ry disease （COPD） patients in acute period. Method： A total of 120 elderly COPD patients in acute stage were randomly divided into test group and control group. All cases were given oxygen inhalation, anti - infection and antispasmodic therapy as conventional treatment. Patients of test group were given 4 ml Chuankezhi injection plus 30mg ambroxol hydrochloride nebulization inhalation twice a day for 14 days. Patients of control group were given 30mg ambroxol hydrochloride nebulization inhalation only twice a day for 14 days. Results：The total efficiency of test group and control group cases were 95% and 75% respectively. There was statistical significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Chuankezhi combined with ambroxol nebulization inhalation can relieve clinical symptoms of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in acute period.
