| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲型H1N1流感的流行病学和临床学特点。方法对我院收治确诊的63例甲型H1N1流感患者的流行病学资料,临床资料进行分析研究。结果发病年龄主要集中在6~22岁的少年儿童及青年学生中,占94%（59/63）。主要临床表现为发热、咳嗽、咳痰、咽痛等流感样症状,实验室检测,外周白细胞减少或正常者居多,淋巴细胞多升高。部分患者心肌酶、肝酶轻度升高,个别心律不齐,ST改变,热退后出现窦缓,有占19%的患者胸部X线有炎症改变。结论甲型H1N1流感传染性强,传播速度快,易引起暴发流行,临床症状较轻,在一般对症治疗同时给予抗病毒中药或奥司他韦治疗均能获得较好疗效。
