| 摘 要： | 目的观察参芎葡萄糖注射液辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）的临床疗效。方法将200例AECOPD住院患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各100例;治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用参芎葡萄糖注射液,对照组仅常规治疗。观察两组治疗前治疗后2周内临床症状、肺功能和血气改善情况。结果治疗组临床症状、肺功能、血气分析等改善明显优于对照组。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液为AECOPD有效辅助治疗药物,临床效果好,值得推广。
