初产妇应用拉玛泽减痛分娩法的效果观察

目的]观察拉玛泽减痛分娩法在初产妇分娩中的应用效果.方法]选取初产妇对照组127例,在孕5个月～9个月不接受拉玛泽减痛分娩法训练,分娩时通过产程常规护理来借助呼吸力量,并施用导乐陪伴;观察组169例,在孕5个月～9个月接受拉玛泽减痛分娩法训练,分娩时除导乐陪伴外,严格执行拉玛泽减痛分娩法技术规范.对两组阴道分娩产程时间、分娩方式、分娩疼痛分级进行比较.结果]两组第一产程、总产程时间、顺产发生率、剖宫产发生率及疼痛分级比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均＜0.01).结论]拉玛泽减痛分娩法应用在初产妇上,可以缩短产程时间、减轻分娩疼痛、促进自然分娩.

Observation on effect of applying Lamaze pain-relieving delivery method in primipara

Objective：To observe the effect of Lamaze pain-relieving delivery method applying in childbirth of primipara.Methods：A total of 127 primiparas were chosen as control group.Pregnant women in control group were not accepted the Lamaze pain-relieving delivery method when they got pregnant at 5 to 9 months.They had drawn assistance from breathing power in childbirth by birth process routine nursing and at the same time they were given music guide accompanying during the labor.Another 169 primipara were selected as test group.Primipara of test group were carried out the Lamaze pain-relieving delivery method when they had been pregnant for 5 to 9 months and besides music guide.The technical standards of Lamaze pain-relieving delivery method were strictly implemented.The labor time,delivery mode and grading of labor pain of per vaginal delivery of the two groups primipara were compared.Results：There were statistical significant differences in terms of the first labor process,total delivery process,rate of spontaneous delivery,cesarean section rate of delivery and pain grading between the two groups（all P0.01）.Conclusion：To apply Lamaze pain-relieving delivery method for primipara could shorten the labor process,relieve the labor pain and facilitate spontaneous delivery.
