| 摘 要： | 目的观察CO2激光联合卡介苗素（医学名为卡介菌多糖核酸针，BCG—PSN）治疗生殖器的尖锐湿疣（CA）的疗效。方法将126例CA患者随机分为两组，治疗组用CO2激光联合BCG—PSN进行治疗，具体措施：用CO2激光割开尖锐湿疣体，然后向其里面注射BCG—PSN注射液2mL，每隔一日进行再肌注，总共9次为1个疗程；对照组只在局部麻醉药物作用下用CO2激光治疗。结果联合治疗组1次治愈率达到了89．23％，对照组仅为57．38％，两组间有明显的差异（P〈O．05）。结论CO2激光联合BCG—PSN治疗尖锐湿疣明显优于单独运用CO2激光治疗的方法。
