| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者急诊介入治疗门-囊时间(患者入院至首次球囊扩张的时间)的影响因素。方法回顾性分析潞河医院2008年1月—2009年1月连续收治的198例急诊介入治疗的STEMI患者的门-囊时间的影响因素。按门-囊时间的不同将患者分为两组:A组(≤120min)和B组(120min),应用logistic回归分析影响门-囊时间的因素。结果单因素分析筛选出12个影响门-囊时间的因素(P均0.05);12个因素进行多因素非条件Logistic回归分析发现5个变量与门-囊时间明显相关(P均0.05)。结论多数STEMI患者的门-囊时间超过指南要求,临床因素和院内机制与长门-囊时间相关,应当建立起有效的机制来降低院内延迟。
