| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期静脉滴注大剂量丙种球蛋白 (IVIG)预防川崎病冠状动脉瘤的疗效。方法将 30例川崎病患儿随机分为IVIG治疗组 (n =15 )和对照组 (n =15 ,常规治疗组 ) ,比较两组患儿治疗后冠状动脉内径。结果与常规治疗组相比 ,IVIG治疗组冠状动脉瘤的发生率明显减少 ,川崎病的复发率为 0 ,差异有极显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论早期大剂量IVIG预防川崎病冠状动脉瘤疗效显著

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the preven tive effect for coronary artery tumor of Chuanqi disease by early injection of large dosage of gammaglobulin.Method 30 cases child pa tient with Chuanqi disease were randomly divided into treatment (treated) and co ntrol group(treated by routine method),each group 15 cases,the inner diameter of coronary artery after were measured and compared.Result compared with routine treatment, the occurrence rate of coronary artery tumor in gammaglbuloin treated group was remarkably low. The recurrence rate of Chuanqi disease is zero,there is significant difference between the two group.( P<0.01) Conclusion There is remarkably prev entive effect for coronary artery tumor of Chuanqi disease treated by early inje ction of large dosage of gammaglobulin. |
