抚触护理在小儿眼科全麻围手术期的应用观察

目的：观察抚触护理在小儿眼科全麻围手术期的应用效果。方法：选择眼科中心围手术期患儿84例，随机分成对照组和实验组，每组42例。对照组按常规护理，术前用患儿能理解的语言向患儿讲解手术目的、注意事项及与疾病有关的知识；实验组除语言沟通外，应用抚触技术（牵着患儿的手或轻轻抚摸患儿的前额发际）进行护理。观察并记录患儿术前配合及术后烦躁哭闹程度。结果：实验组患儿在手术前的配合程度明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），手术后烦躁哭闹的患儿减少，两组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：抚触护理通过肢体语言向患儿传递医务人员的友好与爱，可减轻患儿术前恐惧和术后躁动，提高配合程度。

The Observation of the Fondle Nursing Applying to the Children with General Anesthesia in Ophthalmology

Objective ： To investigate the effect of the fondle nursing applying to the children with general anesthesia in ophthalmology. Methods ： 84 perioperation patients with anesthesia in department of ophthalmology were randomly divided into the control group and the test group, 42 patients per group. The control group accepte regular nursing, the test group was applied the fondle nursing（ pulling children＇ s hands or petting lightly on children＇ s forehead and hairline）. To observe and record children＇ s cooperative degree and restlessness before or after the operation. Results ：The cooperative degree before operation in test group was higher than control （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and less cases in the situation of restlessness after the operation ,two groups showed a significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The fondle nursing could transmit the friendship and care from the medical staff to the children by body language, which could effectively enhance the cooperation degree, meanwhile, ease the their preoperative fear and postoperative restlessness.
