| 摘 要： | 目的观察硬膜外自控镇痛（PCEA）用于剖宫产术后的镇痛效果。方法将180例剖宫产术后病人随机分成实验组90例和对照组90例，实验组使用PCEA，对照组术后采用哌替啶镇痛。结果镇痛有效率实验组明显高于对照组（Х^2=46．3，P〈0．01）；患者睡眠时间实验组明显长于对照组（t=5．68，P〈0．01）；早接触、早吮吸率、按需哺乳和母乳喂养成功率实验组明显高于对照组（Х^2=29．6、21．6、19．4，均P〈0．01）。结论剖宫产术后用PCEA镇痛效果好，利于产妇的康复和母乳喂养。
