| 摘 要： | 目的观察罗哌卡因行腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞麻醉，下肢所能耐受止血带的时间，探讨止血带反应与罗哌卡因浓度及神经阻滞效果间的关系。方法择期行单侧下肢手术患者100例，随机分成2组（Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组），每组50例。两组均采用外周神经刺激器引导下行腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞，罗哌卡因浓度分别为0．375％和0．5％；容量均为50ml，其中腰丛阻滞点注药30ml，坐骨神经阻滞点注药20ml。结果止血带反应Ⅱ组较Ⅰ组发生例数少，两组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）；两组腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞麻醉的起效时间和麻醉完善时间均有明显差异（P〈0．05）；两组均未见明显的局麻药中毒反应；结论0．375％罗哌卡因可用于腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞，但0．5％罗哌卡因麻醉下患者对止血带反应有更好的耐受。
