卡马西平与地尔硫卓的相互作用

本文采用高效液相色谱法测定卡马西平与地尔硫的血药浓度，在九只家兔中按正交拉丁方设计比较单用卡马西平、地尔硫和合用两药时体内的双向药物浓度变化和药物动力学参数。结果表明，两药合用时他们的半衰期或消除速度常数比单用有显著变化，建议避免两药合用。在实验中发现卡马西平有双峰现象，估计与肠─肝循环有关。

The drug interaction between carbamazepine and diltiazem

n this paper the changes of the serum concentration and pharmacokinetic parameters of carbamazepine and diltiazem in 9rabbits,which was random divided into 3 groups.for a single use of carbamazepine.(40mg/ml)or diltiazem(36mg/ml)orcoadministering of them were studied by HPLC. It was found that the elimination halflife of carbamazepine and diltiazem areprolonged while the elimination constants are reduced at combination use,this two-way drug interaction might be of that themajor transformable and metabolic way to both them are in liver and they can affect normal metabolism of other drugs in liverby P-450 enzeme,and a two-peak phenominon was found in carbamazepine,which might be related to the circulation of liverand intertin. So it may be necessary to avoid coadministering carbamazepine with diltiazem,or replace diltiazem by nifedipine,so as to prevent adverse drug reactions.
