健脾化淤对脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃肠功能的影响

将８０只体重１２０～１６０ｇＷｉｓｔａｒ系大白鼠随机等分为对照、模型、治疗和自复４组，观察健脾化淤方药对模型大鼠的治疗作用及胃肠运动、小肠吸收功能的影响。结果表明，治疗组经用药后一般表现均有不同程度的改善或恢复正常，自复组恢复较慢且效果较差；治疗组胃肠排空时间延长，较模型组有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），且长于自复组；治疗组小肠吸收功能恢复较自复组更为明显。提示：对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者，以健脾益气配合活血化淤治疗，可以收到较好的效果。

Influence of strengthening spleen and removing blood herbals for gastrointestinal function of rats with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-deficienty

80 rats (120-160g)were randomly divided control,model,curative, and self-recovery groups and treated by strengthening spleen and removing blood stasis herbs. The results manifested that the gastrointestinal movement and small intestinal obsorption have different improvement or recovery in Curative group,and are superior to self-recovery group. They suggest that the strengthening spleen, bent fiting vital energy, amd activating blood, removing stasis herbals have better curative effect in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.
