| 摘 要： | 目的对垂体腺瘤经蝶窦入路显微手术效果进行分析。方法回顾分析我院从2000年-2008年应用显微技术,对125例垂体腺瘤病人行单鼻孔经蝶入路切除术。结果随访3～112个月,治愈55人(44%),缓解44人(35.2%),进步20人(16%),无效6人(4.8%),无死亡,视力视野明显改善85例。侵袭性腺瘤术后复发率为16.4%(13/79),非侵袭性腺瘤术后1人复发,复发率为2.1%(1/46)。结论非侵袭性垂体腺瘤手术后复发率低,侵袭性垂体腺瘤手术后必须结合放疗或口服药物治疗,才能取得良好的治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the long-term therapeutic effects of transsphenoidal microsurgeryfor pituitary adenomas.Methods The data of 125 patients with pituitary adenoma undergonetranssphenoidal microsurgery from 2000 to 2008 were analyzed and followed up retrospectively.Results The duration of follow-up range from 3 to 112 months.Of the 125 patients,55 cases were cured completely,clinical symptoms were relieved in 44 patients,and improved in 20cases,6 patients failed to respond to surgical treatment,no suigical ... |
