| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍微创性成人肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄肾盂成形术，方法：81例成人肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄行小切口离断的肾盂成形术。结果：76例获随访，随访率93．8％，随访时间平均3．5年，61例肾盂肾盏积水明显减少，肾功能改善，占80．3％，肾盂肾盏积水及肾功能无改变13例，占17．1％，2例肾盏肾盏积水加重及肾功能明显减退，予患肾切除。结论：小切口离断的肾盂成形术操作简单，创伤小，结果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce the pyeloplasty for obstruction of ureteropelvic junction(UPJ) in adults. Method 81 patients of obstruction of PUJ were performed with dismembering peyloplasty through a small incision. The surgical procedures were discussed in detail. Results 76 cases had been followed up for 6 months to 8 years (average 3.5 years). Improvement of the renal function were found in 80.3% of the patients, and the renal function had not changed in 17.1% of the patients. Only 2 patients got worse renal function, and the kidneys were removed. Conclusion Small incision dismembering peyloplasty is a minimal invasive surgery and effective for treatment of PUJ obstruction. |
